Cookie Policy

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by the browser. We use them for authentication, branding preferences, and product analytics.

2. Categories we use

  • Essential (always on) — admin sessions, CSRF tokens, tenant resolution, cookie-banner state itself. Without these the Service cannot function. No opt-out.
  • Functional — branding preferences, language, dark/light mode. Opt-out has no security impact; some UI affordances reset to defaults.
  • Analytics — our in-house event tracker (theAnalyticsEvent table). No third-party trackers. Opt-out disables event recording on the public surface.

3. Local storage and connected services

Some features use browser storage other than cookies:

  • Wallet connection — when an end user connects a wallet, the connection libraries we use (Reown AppKit / WalletConnect) store connection state in your browser’s local storage (and, for some wallets, IndexedDB) to keep you connected between page loads. This is essential to the connect-wallet feature and is not a server cookie. [Draft — pending legal review.]
  • Social account linking — linking an X, Discord, or Telegram account uses short-lived state held on our servers, not cookies. The provider you authenticate with may set its own cookies on its own domain during sign-in; those are governed by that provider’s policy. [Draft — pending legal review.]

4. Changing your preferences

The cookie consent banner appears on first visit. You can change your choice any time by clearing the onsend_consent cookie in your browser’s site-data settings.
