Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Onsend platform (the “Service”) operated by Vandergrid Group (“Onsend”, “we”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Onsend is a white-label community engagement platform for crypto projects. The Service includes quest configuration, on-chain and social verification, referral programs, anti-sybil scoring, audit logs, and admin dashboards. It also includes an in-product rewards economy (a points-based “coin” balance, a rewards shop, and randomized reward boxes; see Section 7), surface customization tools (a drag-and-drop layout editor and design presets), and competitive engagement features (skill-based head-to-head challenges and community prediction pools; see Section 8). Individual features are configured and enabled per tenant and may not all be active for every tenant or end user.

3. Accounts and tenants

Two distinct identity types exist on the Service:

  • Tenant admins — accounts created via email + password (or magic link) that operate one or more tenants. Bound by these Terms.
  • End users — participants in a tenant’s campaigns, identified by wallet address. Each tenant operates its own end-user cohort; the same wallet may appear across multiple tenants.

4. Acceptable use

You may not: (a) use the Service to facilitate sanctioned activity, money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal purpose; (b) attempt to circumvent the Service’s anti-sybil controls; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service except as expressly permitted by law.

5. Payment and subscription

Self-serve plans are billed via Stripe in US dollars. Subscription terms, commitment ladders, and any Founding Partner pricing locks (where offered) are documented in your subscription confirmation and the in-product pricing page. Stripe handles payment processing; we do not store full card numbers.

6. Data and privacy

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your tenant’s data; we process it as your service provider. Cross-tenant aggregate signals shared with the Vandergrid Terminal data layer are stripped of identifiers per our Privacy Policy and subject to your per-tenant opt-out.

7. Coins & virtual items

Draft clause — pending legal review. Load-bearing for the virtual-currency and gambling analysis; do not treat as final.

A tenant may operate an in-product rewards economy that includes a points-based “coin” balance, a rewards shop, and randomized reward containers (mystery / loot boxes). Coins and virtual items are a feature of the Service and:

  • have no monetary value and are not money, legal tender, e-money, securities, a financial instrument, or any form of currency;
  • are not redeemable for cash or any cash equivalent, and cannot be exchanged, transferred off-platform, or sold except as expressly enabled within a tenant’s rewards shop;
  • are licensed to the end user for use within the Service, and are not owned by the end user;
  • may be modified, suspended, expired, or revoked at any time by Onsend or the operating tenant, including to correct errors, to address fraud or abuse, or to comply with applicable law; and
  • carry no right to a refund and confer no real-world entitlement.

Randomized reward boxes disclose the set of possible outcomes and use a deterministic, auditable draw. An outcome may include no reward.

8. Competitive features (head-to-head challenges & prediction pools)

⛔ DRAFT — gambling/regulatory legal review required. These features, and the public marketing of them, are pending a dedicated legal review. This entire section is non-final and must not be published without sign-off.

The Service may offer competitive, skill-based features, including timed head-to-head challenges and community prediction pools in which end users forecast campaign or community outcomes.

  • No monetary value; skill-based. These features operate solely on the no-monetary-value coin and XP system described in Section 7. They do not accept real-money wagers and do not pay out cash or cash-equivalents; outcomes depend on skill and participation rather than on consideration paid for a chance to win money or anything of monetary value.
  • Eligibility. Participation is limited to end users who are at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction and who are located in a permitted jurisdiction. Onsend and the operating tenant may require age and location information to confirm eligibility (see our Privacy Policy).
  • Right to restrict. Onsend may restrict, disable, or geofence these features for any end user, tenant, or jurisdiction at its discretion, including where required by applicable law.
  • Tenant responsibility. A tenant that enables these features is responsible for operating them lawfully in the jurisdictions it targets, including any gaming, contest, sweepstakes, promotion, or consumer-protection requirements and any required registrations or disclosures.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms. Subscription cancellations are subject to the commitment terms you agreed to at checkout.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onsend’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the admin dashboard at least 30 days before they take effect.
